DeskPlex private offices currently start from $895 + GST per month for one person, $1,130 + GST per month for two people, and $2,025 + GST per month for customisable offices for teams of three or more. DeskPlex can accommodate teams of different sizes right through to 42 people.
Is GST included in DeskPlex office pricing?
No. DeskPlex private office prices are quoted excluding GST. GST is added to the advertised monthly price.
What team sizes can DeskPlex accommodate?
DeskPlex can accommodate businesses from one person through to teams of 42. Options range from individual and two-person offices through to customisable configurations for larger teams and a standalone Executive Headquarters for a 42-person team.
Can my office grow as my team gets bigger?
Yes. DeskPlex is designed around changing team sizes. As your business grows, we can reconfigure your workspace or move your team into a different DeskPlex office setup to suit your new requirements.
Is a DeskPlex private office cheaper than leasing a traditional office?
Yes. With a traditional commercial lease, businesses are generally paying rent across the entire leased area — including hallways, toilets, circulation areas and other space that may not be directly usable as workspace — as well as arranging their own fit-out, furniture, internet and workplace facilities.
At DeskPlex, you only pay for the private office space your team actually uses while sharing the wider facilities and common areas across the building. This removes much of the dead space and setup cost associated with leasing and fitting out a conventional office.
Is a DeskPlex private office cheaper than leasing a traditional office?

What is included in the monthly private office price?
All DeskPlex private offices are fully furnished and include high-speed fibre internet, a business address and access to the wider DeskPlex workplace, including phone booths, lounges and breakout areas, printing, lockers, a fully equipped gym, traditional sauna, swimming pool, showers, bike facilities, outdoor deck, golf simulator, billiards, tea and coffee and shared chill spaces.
Meeting rooms and boardrooms are available to book. Fresh breakfast and lunch are prepared onsite by DeskPlex cooks and available to order. Onsite car parking is also available at an additional cost.
Does DeskPlex offer coworking or hot desks as another option?
Yes. If you do not need your own private office, DeskPlex also offers flexible hot desking in Hawthorn. Hot desking gives you access to an available desk within the shared coworking workspace while still allowing you to use the wider DeskPlex facilities.
